Just an hour's drive from Rome, inside a private and exclusive Residence, with night surveillance, swimming pools and tennis courts, Circe Island is a terraced house with garden equipped with every comfort for your ideal holidays .
The residence, adjacent to the Via Litoranea, allows you to easily reach the Pontine sea in just a few minutes (by bicycle, by car or with a special shuttle) as well as the lake, the Circeo National Park and the center of Sabaudia.
The recently renovated villa is divided into two levels with a total of 7 beds. Inside we find a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, LED TV, a modern eat-in kitchen equipped with everything and with brand new appliances such as dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer.
The rooms furnished in nautical style consist of a double room plus an extendable single bed for adults and children and a double room with two single beds that can be transformed into a double room with a shared balcony. Two bathrooms both with windows, one with shower cubicle, the other service with washing machine.

The living room leads to a large patio furnished with table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. The 90m2 garden has a solarium area equipped with deckchairs and a built-in shower with hot water. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, awnings and a bicycle to move around the area in complete tranquility and freedom.

Large fenced park in the condominium area where you can run, walk, do activities, cycle and let your children play peacefully. Possibility of renting swimming pool and tennis court shares (subject to availability). Just 1500 meters from the sea (cycle path).
